Help Rebuild Haiti
Yoga on 6th is joining Habitat for Humanity next THURSDAY at eTown in Edwards , CO 6-8pm.
Accepting a $10 suggested donation at the door. Cash or checks appreciated!
Your donation will automatically enter you in a door prize drawing for some great items including a weekend in Steamboat Springs. And thanks to recent legislation in Congress, your gift can be considered tax-deductible for 2009!
Additionally, 10% of food and beverage sales will be graciously donated by eTown.
All funds raised at the eTown event will go directly to Habitat for Humanity in Haiti to fund the "Cash for Work" program.
Habitat will provide tools such as shovels, wheelbarrows, crowbars to local Haitian people that will clean up debris and salvage materials. The local workers will receive a small fee in return for their work providing a small influx of cash into their community.
If you are not able to attend the event, please make a donation on-line and write 'Haiti' in the comments section or send a check made out to Habitat for Humanity of Eagle & Lake Counties, and write Haiti in the memo line.
