Paul Perry
Paul began his yoga journey quite accidentally in 1999, as a way to relieve tension in his aching muscles in between hard days at the gym. At the time this was just supplemental, physical, and temporary. Relying on intuition and experimentation, his home practice soon became more consistent and gratifying.
In 2004 he stepped into a Bikram studio and after spending 20 hot, uncomfortable minutes in class, decided everyone in the room was insane, and was never planning on coming back. Still, a week later he inexplicably found himself back at the studio a few days later and began a regular Bikram practice.
After realizing that Yoga transcended the physical self, he decided to share the passion and begin teaching Yoga. Paul has attended CorePowerYoga's Hot Yoga Teacher Training, Power Yoga Teacher Training, and is currently studying meditation and HotPower Fusion. He teaches with particular attention drawn to the BREATH, being present, and encouraging students to receive exactly what they need from each and every practice.
Paul has a Bachelors' and Master's degree in Music and teaches private music lessons full time as well as teaching as much Yoga as possible.
