Tiffany found yoga in 2006 when a coworker brought her to her first class. She stuck it out for the introductory week and never went back until a year later. She was working in Buffalo, NY and her boss' wife was an instructor who encouraged her to give Bikram another chance. She did, and this time she was hooked. She attended classes five days a week and helped out at the studio. Three months later she left the U.S. to study abroad in Cape Town and stopped practicing while she was there. She ran a little off and on, but towards the end of her five month stay she realized she was missing something in her life and that she had lost her sense of self.

She started practicing again the day she returned to Boston and hasn't stopped. In the spring of 2009, she started asking the teachers at her home studio about teacher training and became very interested in it, although the timing was never right. In January of 2010 she relocated to Denver to make a fresh start. She found Yoga on 6th and fell in love with the studio and the teachers. Eventually Katy and Elizabeth convinced her to do the training and she loved every minute of it.

Tiffany finds that yoga helps her to let go of the negative forces in her life and helps her to stay grounded and focused. She is learning to let go of the past and retain a constant focus on the present. Practicing at 6a is the most difficult- yet rewarding- part of her day and she has never regretted waking up to attend class. Through teacher training she is finding that she is now making better, conscious decisions. Yoga has changed her life and she is excited to help it change other peoples' lives for the better as well.
