New Students

Beginners are Always Welcome!

We also offer several beginner classes throughout the week (see Schedule for details). Both the Bikram and Power classes are conducted in a room heated to 105 degrees with 50% humidity. Every class is 90 minutes unless otherwise specified. The heat allows for a deeper stretch and promotes sweating; stretching and sweating are nature's best detoxifiers. Drink LOTS of water prior to class and make sure that your last meal has sufficiently digested.

What to Bring:
  • A large towel, bath or beach size (or you may use our towel service)
  • A large sports drink and/or water (we sell both)
  • A yoga sticky mat (we rent and sell mats, new students may borrow)
