Mind & Body Training combines my unique and effective approach to help you tone, burn, energize, and balance. These sessions combine the power of cardio and strength training with an effective and balanced yoga practice all in one hour. Take advantage of group energy with the benefits of personal attention. - Times*: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:15-9:15am & 10:30-11:30am
- Investment: $35/class for monthly commitment or $40/class for drop-in (if space available)
